Cartoonist Marc Jackson launches a new comic next Saturday with Bionic Battle Rabbit No.1. An engaging and fast-paced story, the 24 page first issue gives us the origin of the character, as a computer designer spills coffee on his keyboard and is zapped into his own game, turning furry in the process.
It's good lighthearted fun as one would expect from Marc, and it ends on a note with expectations of more to come. Marc's cartoon style has that modern / retro Fifties look that gives the story a lively zing.
