New artist joins 2000AD

A new artist makes her debut in 2000AD next week as Aneke Murillenem begins drawing her first series for the weekly comic. Written by Emma Beeby, the new story sees Judge Anderson return in Martyrs

Aneke, a resident of Madrid, has previously worked on titles such as Red Sonja for Dynamite and Wonder Woman for DC's New Talent Showcase, and will shortly be illustrating the Age of Conan: Valeria mini-series for Marvel.

  1. How old is Judge Anderson now actually? The cover picture is... it's kind to say "flattering", I think.

    Maybe she uses mental power to make you think she looks like that.

  2. Born in 2080 so she's 60 years old by the time of the current series. Perhaps no one told the cover artist that.
