What a fabulous talent. Mike Noble was the equal of the very best comic artists of his age. I doubt many could match him today. We were incredibly fortunate to be able to enjoy MN's work in our youth, along with that of Bellamy, Embleton, Lawrence, Hampson and Turner: all giants. Thank goodness the wonderful John Burns remains at the drawing board, and long may it remain so.
