I drew a couple of festive activity pages for the comic too. One of which is Who Ate All the Mince Pies?...
All the reprints are relatively contemporary; Tom Paterson Minnie the Minx and suchlike. No classic 1950s-70s material. This is a bright, fun, stocking stuffer, not a trip down memory lane. Well worth it though for Beano fans! The Beano Christmas Special 2014 is out now, priced £4.99.

This is so stupid! Why are they publishing this one out of sequence and what will happen at Christmas when people expect it at Christmas? Bad move DC Thompson.
The cover looks really festive - if only it WOULD snow a bit at Christmas (just a bit, not too much) but more likely it'll be another drenching like last year :(
It snowed around my neck of the woods a few years ago at Christmas as I remember trying to dodge the icy footpaths on Christmas Eve. I enjoyed snow as a kid but I can happily live without it now due to the disruption and slippyness.
Kooji, this is a Special, not the regular weekly. There will still be a festive edition at Christmas.
