How do they manage such an incredibly high standard every week? I dunno, but thank Grud that 2000AD is still with us long after all the other British adventure weeklies have fallen by the wayside. If you're not buying 2000AD every week you're missing out on "The Galaxy's Greatest Comic" - and that's no hype.

Thanks for posting this. Bank holiday seems to have delayed this week's sub issue so this is first sight I've had of this cover. Also some lovely interior work from John Burns and Jimmy Broxton.
Looks like a strong start to the anniversary year. As part of my work / life balance rehab I've resolved to try and read 2000AD every Saturday morning (like I did in it's glory years) instead of binge reading a pile of progs every quarter.
I've already scheduled the preview of the next issue for next Saturday, Tony, and it's another cracking issue. I'll be posting preview pages on the next Megazine next week too, when they send them to me.
