Not much time for a blog about Bonfire night this year but here's a firework-themed Frankie Stein page from Wham! No.125, 5th November 1966, drawn by the irreplaceable Ken Reid!
I recently managed to pick up copies of the 1976 and 1977 Whoopie Book of Frankie Stein... which reprint a load of Ken Reid strips, as well as R.T. Nixon's as well. Awesome stuff :)

A lovely page. The name Banner Fireworks was a play on Standard Fireworks, a famous brand of the time.
