The newest artist to follow in the footsteps of the great Dudley Watkins on The Sunday Post is Diego Jourdan Pereira, who has recently illustrated fill-in strips on The Broons, Oor Wullie, and Wee Harry for the paper's fun section. (He signs his strips with his initials 'DJP'.) He also scripted the Wee Harry strip for the 11th September issue. Thanks to Diego for supplying me with the crisp clear images for this post.
Diego has extensive experience working on comics such as The Beano, Danger Mouse, Moshi Monsters and more, plus tons of illustration work for various magazines and other sources. You can find his website here:

The latest Oor Wullie strip (for Halloween) was written by Ferg Handley, who also has an impressive background in comics, having written Spectacular Spider-Man for Panini UK and numerous Commando comics for D.C. Thomson.
