I imagine most UK comic fans and creators this weekend will be up North for either the Bolton Comic Con or the Thought Bubble Festival. However, if you're coming to London, and you're a Doctor Who fan, I'll see you at the major Doctor Who Festival that's taking place at the ExCel over 13th to 15th November.
I'll only be there on Saturday 14th, and you'll find me at Panini's Doctor Who Magazine table where you can commission me to draw you a Doctor Who theme sketch if you like. (Or a sketch of any of my own characters if you prefer, even with a Doctor Who spin to it if you wish.)
Russ Leach, artist on Doctor Who Adventures, will also be at the Panini stand. Writer Cavan Scott will be around somewhere too, and I believe artist Brian Williamson will be at Titan Comics' table. Plus naturally there'll be various guests from the TV show including Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman, Michelle Gomez, and more.
The Panini editors will also be there of course, and the table will have a good stock of Doctor Who graphic novels, Doctor Who Magazine, The Essential Doctor Who, Doctor Who Adventures, and Doctor Who: The Complete Collection partwork.
The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine (No.493) goes on sale this Thursday, but copies will also be available at the festival. It features the concluding part of the Doctor Who strip drawn by David Roach, another Daft Dimension strip by me, and a ton of features, reviews, interviews, etc. (That's the cover at the top of this post.)
So... hope to see you on Saturday! Who knows?!
